More than 90% of teachers have a better work-life balance due to online classes: Hewlett-Packard survey

India – A large number of teachers from public and private schools in India claim that online learning has given them a better work-life balance. It is also improving their mental health.

A study conducted by tech company Hewlett-Packard (HP) has found that the Covid-19 pandemic helped teachers to manage their life more effectively. The study found that 92 per cent of the teachers now have a better work-life balance due to online classes.

Reportedly, teachers prefer personal computers over small devices to teach students. Most teachers prefer if students use a personal computer rather than a tablet or a smartphone for online classes.
