The human body was not designed to stare at a bright screen for hours on end. It is not good for our health, or our mental wellbeing. Take small breaks at regular intervals and sip water or look at greenery.

Physical activity is a must these days. Through this you can get your heart rate up and generate endorphins. These hormones boost you to feel more positive and good about yourself. Doing this will help you sleep better, give you more energy, and have a positive outlook.
