You are always tired

You have no work-life balance if you always feel tired. Too much work-related stress can also cause physical illness. You will have no energy to work if you get stressed. It is also a bad sign if you feel emotionally drained.

Your body is always in pain

Suffering from chronic headaches and neck pain can be a sign that you need a break. If you have a poor appetite, poor memory, low mood, muscle soreness and lack of motivation, you need to improve your work-life balance.
