A 7-metre boat went down in the Italian search and rescue area (SAR) off Lampedusa.
The boat had come from Tunisia. No one went missing at sea.
A boat carrying 41 migrants was rescued earlier and disembarked.
Additionally, 45 other migrants, including 10 women and five minors, were rescued en route from Sfax, Tunisia, at 5am Tuesday. This was the third landing on Lampedusa in a very short period of time.
