Luxembourg

Luxembourg is the best European country for work-life balance in 2022. It ranks first on Remote’s work-life balance index. The country provides statutory annual leave (37 days) to employees. The companies in Luxembourg also provide paid statutory maternity leave to pregnant employees. Luxembourg also has a 99 per cent literacy rate.
