1. Eat a balanced diet

2. Drink lots of water

Dehydration also increases the likelihood of headaches, which can make it difficult to concentrate on anything else.

Ideally, you should consume at least eight glasses of water per day, if not more depending on your activity level and the temperature outside. It would be ideal if you constantly carried a water bottle so that you can keep track of how much water you consume.

It is preferable to substitute an eight-ounce glass of water for every caffeinated or sugary drink. This will assist maintain your mental acuity and brain health for years to come!

3. Get enough sleep

Getting adequate sleep is the fastest way to gain intelligence. During sleep, your body and mind work to produce new brain cells, repair damaged ones, and enhance their ability to interact with one another. All of these factors contribute to an increase in mental function, so you will be able to process information more efficiently when studying or performing tasks that need concentration.

All of this information about how to become a genius demands a great deal of patience! It won’t happen overnight, so we must be willing to give ourselves sufficient time to reach our objective. If you don’t know where else to begin, try devoting twenty minutes of your day to meditation or deep breathing techniques to reduce the amount of daily stress you experience.

Getting smarter has a lot to do with how happy we are, which isn’t possible when our bodies are releasing cortisol (stress hormone) since they’re too preoccupied with coping with the stress we’re experiencing. Meditation and deep breathing techniques are crucial because they provide us with the time we need each day to rest our thoughts without being distracted by everything else happening around us.

You do not need to feel anxious when studying for school either. Instead, try practicing mindfulness! Allowing themselves a break from time to time is how intelligent students remain cool during exams and other stressful school situations.

Lastly, maintaining a positive self-image increases your intellect since how you view yourself and how confident you are in your own intelligence has a significant impact on how intelligent others believe you to be.
