“We have made the tough decision to part ways with 251 Meeshoites, which accounts for 15% of the employee base. We look to work with a leaner organizational structure to achieve sustained profitability. This was a very difficult decision for us to make. We are committed to ensuring that all those who are impacted have our full support and will be provided with a separation package that includes a one-time severance payment of between 2.5 and 9 months (depending on tenor and designation), continued insurance benefits, job placement support, and accelerated vesting of ESOPs. In addition, we will provide a severance package that includes a severance payment of between 2.5 and 9 months (depending on tenor and designation). We will always be grateful to them for the contributions they made towards the development of Meesho, said a spokesperson for the company.

So, the layoffs are not stopping, Mesho is on its way to the third round of layoffs!

The third round of layoffs at Meesho has left many people without jobs and struggling to make ends meet.

This is a difficult situation for all involved, and the impact these terminations will have on those affected cannot be understated.

We can only hope that those who lost their jobs are able to quickly find new employment or other sources of income so they can continue to support themselves and their families.
