A leader who is excellent in listening, supporting, treating everyone equally creates a culture of trust and cooperation. Empathy and fairness may guide individuals to make better decisions in order to have improved team performance, open communication, and motivation. Leaders play a crucial role in outlining harmony at the workplace by initiating with the discovery of particular contributions of handling conflicts in an objective way.
