  • Use it in actual tasks. Leverage AI tools to create, summarise, analyse data and prepare reports on actual work. Things don’t stick unless they’re learned concretely.
  • Discover your AI champion in the workplace. In every workplace, there are early adopters. Shadow them. Inquire about the tools and how they are used.
  • Monitor your own learning. In 2025, Genpact staff completed more than 12.5 million hours of learning, 40% of which were on AI and tech. The difference between proactive and reactive workers is the development of a personal learning routine – even one that is small.
