Step 2 – Contact Only Approved Agencies:
Only recruitment agencies that have been licensed by the Human Resources Ministry in Malaysia and the BMET in Bangladesh are legitimate agencies to recruit Bangladeshi workers to Malaysia. Don’t deal with middlemen or unlicensed agents — this is what got them exploited in the past.
Step 3 – Prepare Your Documents
Standard documents include:
- Passport (a minimum of 18 months’ validity is recommended).
