HR also revealed that the company restricts official calls or emails outside business hours. This LinkedIn post has gone viral.

The HR department made it clear that this was not an advancement but instead an option for those looking for a work-life balance. The comments section of the post attracted many perspectives, with some showing their approval yet others opining that this would be adverse as it increases the pressure to finish before technology malfunctions. Furthermore, some asserted that such a policy would only work in fields that are not tech-related.
