A leader who is excellent in listening, supporting, treating everyone equally creates a culture of trust and cooperation. Empathy and fairness may guide individuals to make better decisions in order to have improved team performance, open communication, and motivation. Leaders play a crucial role in outlining harmony at the workplace by initiating with the discovery of particular contributions of handling conflicts in an objective way. Some of the practical solutions should be discussed so that leaders could motivate the empathy and fairness and can build high-performing, supportive, and emotionally intelligent team climate.
The leadership is action driven. Be fair and kind to yourself, your listening, responding, and decision-making maneuvers are the preconditions of the atmosphere in your team.
Create an atmosphere that will make the team members share ideas and problems. Free communication will create trust and mutual respect amongst the employees.
