Work life harmony is about you, as an individual entity. How one person aligns his energy and invests it to gain big reflects his harmony at all levels.
Everybody’s life has been surrounded with one mantra, argued to be the basic essence of one’s existence – strike a balance between professional and personal lives. But this has just been a far-fetched concept, not really been able to be achieved by anybody. The concept of work life balance is an archaic entity now. The new talk of the town is ‘wok life harmony’.
Life is constantly re-designing itself at a very consistent pace and with complexity. What works today might not tomorrow. The biggest example today of this is the coronavirus pandemic that has changed the professional lifestyle from the grass-root level. Nobody had ever imagined that majority of professionals would be working from home. With this the understanding of ‘work life balance’ has also changed and had led to emergence of ‘work life harmony’. Harmony is needed now to evolve, grow and keep going at both an individual and professional level.
Work life harmony is about you, as an individual entity. How one person aligns his energy and invests it to gain big reflects his harmony at all levels. How much time you need to invest at particular task so as to it neither makes you overworked nor run-down on knowledge gain. This will be empowering as you are aligning your energy with your goals. It isn’t book-learnt but is to be understood through trials and experimenting.
Once the harmony is achieved, the level of peace and satisfaction at both professional and personal fronts is amazingly liberating. Trying to get balance is overrated and outdated now, work life harmony is the practical approach.
