  • One of the most effective initiatives to promote any of the good-cause ideas campaigns play a crucial role. These campaigns must take place at the right place with resourceful people.
  • It will be organised by the organisations, charities, volunteers, and mental health advocates.
  • Free counseling is also available on this day.
  • Some of the common places where people gather or utilise the services including gyms, super markets, travel agencies, food and beverages and many other sectors people will receive offers and discounts as a part of the campaign.
  • Common activities like meditation, yoga will be hosted.
  • One of the strongest medium of informations is the social media, many digital contents will get circulated through social media pages with “#BlueMonday” to convert it into trends.

Though, this is a humanitarian initiative sprouted from a marketing campaign many experts of mental health claim that this looks intimidating since, everyday is unpredictable which can turn from one side to another due to various factors, ‘we cannot assume that this day could be a most depressing day in a year’. They advocate that this ‘Blue Monday’ looks quite pessimistic rather than passing on positive motivation and ideas.
