The inspirational story of Manu Agrawal from India shows that anyone can become successful with hard work and patience. With his hard work and perseverance, Manu Agrawal went from zero to hero. Not only he secured a job at Microsoft US Seattle with a huge salary of 1.9 crore INR but also became the co-founder of Tutort Academy.

How Manu Agrawal became rich?

Manu Agrawal is from Jhansi, a city in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. He has faced various hardships in his career. He did not even attend English medium school. 

Manu Agrawal attended a Hindi-medium government school with minimal fees. He wasn’t the most intelligent student. He was weak in mathematics, leading to various problems in his academic journey. However, he was determined to face any challenges. With his determination, he secured an impressive rank in the AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) exam. Subsequently, he pursued a BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) at Bundelkhand University in Jhansi. Later on, he earned his Master’s degree from the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli, a city in India’s southern Tamil Nadu state.

From earning Rs 10,000 to Rs 1.9 crore

Manu Agrawal has received at least 35 rejection letters in his career. While pursuing his MCA, he applied to various companies to get a job. In 2016, he secured a paid internship with a stipend of Rs 10,000. After facing numerous rejections, he finally secured a paid internship at Microsoft US Seattle. Because of his talent and excellent coding abilities, he got a full-time job offer at Microsoft with a salary package worth Rs. 1.9 crore.

From Microsoft to Google

Manu Agrawal’s life changed during the COVID-19 pandemic. He had to return to India during Covid-19 pandemic. In India, he secured a job as a software engineer at Google. After his remarkable journey at Google, he decided to collaborate with his friend Abhishek Gupta to start Tutort Academy, which provides the best system design, data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning courses.
