Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC), which is the biggest marine technology company globally, has been recognised as one of the Best Companies to Work For in 2023-2024 by U.S. News & World Report.

The magazine also published lists of the best companies for work-life balance and the best companies for pay quality.

Brunswick ranked among the top 10 organisations on both lists.

Only 200 of the tens of thousands of publicly traded companies that participated in the survey for this inaugural award were recognised in each of the six categories for employee wellbeing: the standard of pay and benefits, work-life balance, job and company stability, physical and psychological safety, career development, and belongingness.

“We are honoured to be named one of the Best Companies to Work For in 2023-2024,” said Dave Foulkes, CEO of Brunswick Corporation. We were honoured for upholding work-life balance and providing our 19,000 employees with high-caliber career opportunities.

According to Senior Editor for Consumer Advice at U.S. News Antonio Barbera, “The U.S. News Best Companies to Work For list lets readers figure out what they value most in a workplace and look at companies that might match those values.” The companies on the 2023-2024 list “perform best on a number of metrics that contribute to a good work environment and a good day-to-day experience for employees,” according to the report.

One of the top places to work is frequently named as Brunswick. Most recently, it was ranked in the top 10% of Forbes’ list of America’s Best Large Employers and named one of Newsweek’s Most Reliable Companies.
