1. Finland

Finland has started hiring highly skilled workers. Finland also provides highly skilled students and their eligible family members a single residence permit. Those students can also work in Finland after completing their studies. However, it is important to find a job within three months of graduating. 

Helsinki, Finland’s southern capital, is also popular for work-life balance. The city earned the number one place in the Work Life Balance Index in 2021. 5. Sweden

Sweden, a Nordic country located on the Scandinavian Peninsula in Northern Europe, is famous among foreign workers. In this country, an employer cannot exploit migrant workers. An employer is usually required  to report any change in employment rules and conditions to the authorities. Migrant workers cannot be fired due to minor problems. 

A migrant worker needs to get a work permit in order to work in Sweden. Reportedly, the Swedish Migration Agency provides information to foreign employees and migrant workers.
