The increased workloads, salaries not adjusted to the inflation, and the vulnerable state of the gig economy lead to worldwide protests and unions. Gulf migrants desire superior contract enforcement against the fear of deportation. The US and EU workers are forcing the anti-retaliation legislation in the face of the automation threats. Economic pressures increases needs of fair pay, safe conditions and union rights as these movements point the finger.
