Who is Ben Shapiro, and Why is He Popular?

Benjamin Aaron Shapiro is a well-known right American politician, talk show host, and lawyer. He was born on January 15, 1984, in Los Angeles, California. By the time he was 17, he was known all over the country as the youngest nationally syndicated writer in the US. In 2015, Shapiro helped start The Daily Wire, a conservative news site that has grown into a major outlet for right-wing opinion. Many people know him for speaking quickly, making logical arguments, and getting into heated fights. He often debates liberals on different platforms.

Become well-known

Shapiro became very famous because of his podcast, The Ben Shapiro Show, which talks about and analyzes politics every day. When it first came out in September 2015, the podcast quickly became one of the most popular conservative shows in the US. Podtrac said in 2019 that it was the second most popular podcast in the United States.

Shapiro’s impact goes beyond his podcast and into social media, where his posts often go viral, adding to his status as a leading voice in conservative media. He had a big effect on online conversations, which is why TIME magazine named him one of the 25 most important people on the internet in 2019.

What They Did and What They Said

Shapiro has written sixteen non-fiction books besides his podcast. One of them, The Right Side of History: How Reason and Moral Purpose Made the West Great, was a New York Times bestseller. Besides that, he has written for many other outlets and was editor-at-large for Breitbart News from 2012 until he quit in 2016.

Shapiro is known for debating in a confrontational way. He often has public discussions with liberals on college campuses and other places. His supporters say that his arguments are clear and make sense, but his critics say that he oversimplifies complicated problems and uses rhetoric that divides people.
