Try avoiding Junk foods and also white sugar. Intake of white sugar has proven to slow down your brain in the long run and also it affects the liver.  Instead of taking just plain water, you can consume fruits infused water or with chia seeds. Soaking Cucumber, Mint and lemon in the drinking has many benefits including improving skin and detoxing the entire body from impurities.

Getting Enough Sleep

Sleep plays an important role in the human kind. Getting enough sleep will keep your mind healthy. Just like how a working machine gets hot aftering running for a while, same with the human brain and by sleeping, the brain will take its necessary rest.
