The new Executive Visa to be introduced in Qatar in 2026, is being regarded as the new development of a new labor policy in the Gulf. The sponsorship system or generally referred to as, kafala has influenced the lives and the way foreign workers work and live in countries such as Qatar over the decades.
Today, this model of new visa is an indication of greater independence and flexibility of trained specialists.
The Executive Visa aims at bringing productive and skilled employees to the country in order to provide them with even greater privileges in relation to their labor conditions.
