Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the DNV, applicants must:
1. Be at least 18 years of age.
2. Show as a remote worker via digital technology.
3. Have an adequate level of income from outside the Philippines.
4. Have no record of crime caused by you.
5. Have appropriate health insurance that covers at least the duration of the visa.
6. Be a national of a country with a digital nomad visa applicable for Filipinos, with Permanent representation of the Philippine Foreign Service Post.
7. Not having employment in the Philippines.
