Job For Everyone: Titan To Hire Over 3,000 Employees In Next 5 Years

Titan Company Limited, an Indian company that manufactures luxury fashion accessories, has planned to hire more than 3,000 employees in the next 5 years. There’s a job for everyone who has great work experience. If you have experience in engineering, design, luxury, digital, data analytics, marketing and sales, you will be hired. If you are a fresher, you will also be hired at Titan company. 

Priya Mathilakath Pillai, the Vice President & Head – Ecommerce and HR, and Head – Training, and Zonal Manager at Titan Company, said in a statement, “We are embarking on an exciting journey towards becoming a ₹1,00,000 crore business in the next 5 years. Our aggressive hiring strategy of adding 3,000 people in the next 5 years reflects our dedication to hire a talented workforce.”

Who is eligible for the job at Titan?

Employees will be hired in Titan across the domains such as engineering, design, luxury, digital, data analytics, marketing and sales. Experts from various fields, young and experienced, will be hired at Titan. 

Priya Mathilakath Pillai, head HR-corporate and retail at Titan Company, said, “We believe that alongside growing our own people, it also helps to bring in experts from various fields, young and experienced.”

Titan campus hiring

Titan will continue to hire campus talent by conducting campus hiring in Indian colleges and universities. The Indian company – which mainly manufactures luxury fashion accessories such as jewelry, watches and eyewear – is expected to contribute to 15-18% of the total hiring every year.

Titan Company Limited, a famous eyewear company, will also focus on local talent to promote regional employment. 

Currently, 60% of the Titan Company’s workforce are based in the urban cities, while 40% of employees are based in tier II and III cities.

The company will increase the percentage of employees hiring in engineering roles by 50% in the next three years.

Titan international hiring

The company is also focused on increasing the hiring in its international workforce by 10% over the next 5 years. The company will plan to expand its global footprint in North America and the Middle East region. 

Around 150-200 new positions will be created in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) market in the next 2-3 years.
