As countries globally continue to evolve their labor and immigration policies, minimum salary thresholds for foreign workers are also evolving. Minimum salary thresholds established by different countries ensure various forms of wage fairness, protection for local labour markets and deliverances for international work permits. This whitepaper captures the latest minimum salaries around the world, drawn from a Fragomen report dated May 22, 2025.
