In a bid to advance inclusive hiring and access a larger talent pool, Deloitte has opened up multiple roles for applicants without a college degree, which included posting positions for skilled trades, non-profit, and service roles. The initiative is part of the company’s overall strategy toward skills forward hiring, acknowledging that someone can develop professional capabilities outside a university campus.
Deloitte, a large professional services firm in the world with more than 460,000 people around the world in 150 countries, is embracing different pathways to employment with targeted programs.
