Britain rapidly adopts the workation trend, blending work with vacation to combat burnout and enhance productivity. In 2026, more than a third of UK workers will be fighting chronic stress due to hybrid work overtaking, so workations will become essential because 91% of employers have flexible options. According to surveys, 35% are intending workations in the near future and 46% have worked in a foreign country in the recent past at 2.5 months average days.
