White House authorities examine many discrimination accusations against Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which operates as India’s top IT services provider. The company fired its American staff exclusively while keeping its H-1B visa employees from India.

Since December 2023 many professional employees over 40 years old of diverse ethnic groups have made discrimination claims of age, race, and nationality against Tata Consultancy Services. The research shows that the confidential workplace complaints sparked this investigation which started under Biden then continued under Trump.

TCS rejects every claim in its statement. Our official stated the workers lack factual proof to demonstrate workplace discrimination. An Employee Rights Office conduct inquiry at TCS after receiving citizen complaints from Representative Seth Moulton from Massachusetts.

Three former Tata Consultancy Services workers have added the UK to the list of countries where they filed employment discrimination cases before tribunal courts. In 2020, the EEOC identified discriminatory treatment against non-Indians at Cognizant Technology Solutions through its investigation, which received validation from a federal jury verdict involving over 2000 employees.
