UN HQ Hiring “Administration Interns” for Remote Course Moderation: Feb 17 Application Deadline

The United Nations Office of the Special Adviser on Africa (OSAA) presently requires the recruitment of motivated individuals to the post of Administration Intern – Online Course Moderator. This job is based at the UN Headquarters in New York and has a special flexibility of Remote or in-person flexibility so that successful applicants may be accommodated. Assigning the responsibilities of assisting the Peace and Development Nexus in Africa course, interns will patrol the discussion forums, mark technical problems, and screen submissions by the participants. This is a six-month internship, which is unpaid but the best opportunity to graduate students or final undergraduates. The interested people need to apply through the Inspira portal by the deadline of 17 February 2026

The main role is the control of the online learning systems. The interns keep the participants on their feet and make sure that the questions are answered immediately. Supporting global development objectives

In addition to general activities, the interns will be writing policy briefs and advocacy material. This piece promotes the AF-UN system of peace and security, and thus, it is an essential part of the mission of the OSAA to promote sustainable prosperity and justice across the African region.
