Last updated on June 14th, 2025 at 02:49 pm

In a bid to advance inclusive hiring and access a larger talent pool, Deloitte has opened up multiple roles for applicants without a college degree, which included posting positions for skilled trades, non-profit, and service roles. The initiative is part of the company’s overall strategy toward skills forward hiring, acknowledging that someone can develop professional capabilities outside a university campus.

Deloitte, a large professional services firm in the world with more than 460,000 people around the world in 150 countries, is embracing different pathways to employment with targeted programs.

Current Job Openings at Deloitte for Non-Degree Holders:

Deloitte currently offers 4 role category tailored to individuals without college degrees:

  • ENCORE – Geared towards individuals re-entering the workforce after a career break providing mentoring, training, and the opportunity to gain experience.
  • Skills-First Professionals – This program targets early-career professionals or those transitioning fields, where employment is offered based on training while on the job instead of requiring a degree.
  • Neurodiversity Program – This program aims to empower individuals with neurodivergent talent in an apprenticeship lasting three months with a possibility of full-time roles.
  • Hiring Our Heroes – Aimed at hiring veterans and military spouses and service members transitioning to a civilian career

Other than this, Deloitte has also at least 13 openings available for experienced hires without a degree. Apprenticeship opportunities are also expected, although current listings may vary.

How to Apply?

Candidates interested in applying for job openings can go to Deloitte’s career site. The job site allows applicants to filter to roles that do not require a college degree. For most job positions, applicants only need to submit a resume. Some roles may require some assessments, and/or interviews.

While a degree isn’t mandatory for these positions, applicants must still demonstrate relevant skills, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
