Bright Hospitality to Invest Rs 36 Crore, Create 500 Jobs, and Expand with 12+ New Restaurants by FY27

Bright Hospitality leads the restaurant market with its announcement of a Rs 36 crore expansion operation. The company wants to open 12-15 new restaurant outlets in this fiscal year through its five brands to hire 500 people. The company tracks positive growth patterns as it projects Rs 60 Crore this fiscal year and Rs 86 Crore by the completion of fiscal year 26-27.

According to Rajan Sethi the Managing Director of Bright Hospitality Private Limited, they have planned to expand their business using their own funds because they remain self-funded. Our company is developing 10-11 additional dining spots during the next year across 11 existing outlets under Ikk Punjab, Grand Trunk Road, AM PM Cafe and Bar, OMO, and Any Day brands.

Ikk Punjab operates two locations of 3,500 square feet each in Delhi and is preparing three new outlets for launch in Gurugram, Delhi, and Chandigarh on March 31, 2025. Bright Hospitality wants to open Ikk Punjab restaurants throughout North India during the next year.

Grand Trunk Road operates its 6,000 sq. ft. locations across Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Delhi, and Indore. The company intends to introduce four new Franchisee stores in Noida Gurugram and other major cities. OMO the farm-to-fork restaurant is now open in Gurugram and will start serving guests in Mumbai next.

AM PM Cafe and Bar focuses on developing its operations in Delhi and Mohali before the end of this year with its current locations in Gurugram and Kolkata. Bright Hospitality intends to support its expansion strategy by opening three new Any Day coffee shops in Gurugram Delhi and Mohali.
